Collection: DRAWN TOGETHER

“Drawn Together: Stories of Resilience and Renewal” was my first solo exhibition as Sammy. Hosted by Pearl River Mart, where I also served as Artist in Residence, the show was sponsored by the Asian American Arts Alliance’s What Can We Do micro-grant and curated by the Mott Street Girls. The exhibition featured 26 line drawings of landmarks and businesses from Manhattan’s Chinatown.

The goal of the show was to unite people and help revitalize the community in response to rising anti-Asian hate.
