Jing Fong holds a legacy spanning over four decades as Chinatown’s largest dim sum banquet hall. Established in 1978, it moved to its iconic two-story location on Elizabeth Street in 1992, where it could seat nearly 800 guests. Known as a beloved venue for weddings and large gatherings, it also served countless diners craving authentic dim sum.
After temporarily closing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Jing Fong reopened on Centre Street under its third-generation owner, Truman Lam. While the new location is smaller, it continues to embody the original charm, design, and menu that have made it a cherished institution for decades.
