The second drawing in my series, “Portraits from the Community,” is of Sirintip (@mssirintip). She is an incredible musician dedicated to fighting climate change and advocating for women’s rights. Originally from Thailand and Sweden, she blends her diverse heritage to create a truly magical sound.
Her latest album, Carbon, is out now! The album is a creative tribute to the environment. For instance, some of the percussion instruments were made from recycled water jugs, and there’s an LP version available for pre-order that’s made from plant-based vinyl. She also recorded the entire album in a carbon-neutral studio.
