DRAWN TOGETHER

“Drawn Together, stories of resilience and renewal” was my first Sammy solo exhibition. The show was hosted was the by Pearl River Mart where I was also artist in Residence. The show was sponsored by Asian American Arts Alliance What Can We Do micro-grant and it was curated by the Mott Street Girls. The exhibition consisted of 26 line-drawings of land mark and business from Manhattan Chinatowns. The goal of the show was to bring people together, and help revitalize the community after the rise of anti-Asian hate.
